if you have a master's in a sought-after field you'll probably be fine desu. most trannies i know don't have a hard time holding down a job, the only permaneet trannies i know are ones who've always struggled with motivation even before transitioning, like they never had a job ever (even part-time jobs as students or whatever) and dropped out of school and so on. i'm almost 30 and i've girlmoded my whole career since finishing university and i only had one spell of unemployment that lasted a bit less than a year, but then i moved countries because the job market where i lived lowkey sucked and got a job immediately and haven't struggled changing jobs since. if you're personable, voice trained (VERY important), have a professional and feminine presentation and do your job well then people are going to respect you. i pass much better nowadays but early in my career i was still clocky, never had issues with direct colleagues. just some other people in the office made comments about me on a couple of occasions but that doesn't matter anyway like in corporate environments you only really care about your own team.

im a permaneet and its actually over, im not functional at all, im so envious of normal people even who can just have regular jobs and lives let alone masters degrees :(

how old are you? i've seen people break the cycle, a couple of the most successful people i know are former neets who managed to start careers without even going to college. you need to want to change though and the younger you start the better.
