what's the current consensus on pioglitazone? does it work? do you need to gain weight on it or can you take it while losing weight or just recomping? does it shrink breasts? will it make an actual difference if you're 5+ years on HRT and have mostly subcutaneous fat and low visceral fat already?

pioglitazone?
as we can see it does nothing at all for a female figure.
it's also really dangerous.

If you want to fatmax it's great but otherwise it's pointless.

i see. i'm already a bit heavy, like BMI 27, but i'm 5'9, pretty full-figured with wider bone structure and i work out a lot so i'm not really as fat as that number would suggest. i don't think i want to get significantly heavier but i carry a bit more of my existing fat in my lower stomach than i'd like and i was wondering if pio would maybe help shift it around. it's not like, hard visceral fat though so idk if pio can actually target it. i recently got back on prog after being off it for a long time (including most of my recent weight gain and loss lol i went from BMI 22 to 29 in like a year) so idk if that will make a difference.

You need quite a bit of fat to get that goal shape
