>>44613863forehead reconstruction, v-line, jaw reduction, trach shave, fat transfer to the cheeks, rhinoplasty, hair transplants. i've had a few revisions but i'm still unhappy with how i look>>44613872yeah, FFS works best for people who don't have expanded facial planes but just have clocky features. i kind of feel like faces should generally be categorized as something like type A (clocky because of specific dimorphic features) or type B (clocky because of expanded facial planes) or type C (clocky because of a combination of A+B). type A faces usually get exceptional results from FFS and ascend to passoid or gigapassoid status but type B and C faces generally just end up looking like uncanny men after FFS
