am i to understand that estradiol patches/gels are enough for m2f hrtcan i just start doing that and expect changes or are anti-androgens, blood tests etc. strictly necessary from the very start
i mean if you go max dose from the very start yeah you can expect changes but monotherapy only works for injections im pretty sure, you still need anti androgen if youre using patches.blood tests are always good too though you can start spacing them out longer if youre actively having changes, or if you found the right doses and such.

Tests at the starts aren't very useful, you should get one in a month or 2 after starting a new delivery method
