fellow nonas i want to apologize about everything i have said about how easy transition is. I was recently confirmed to be diagnosed with klinefelters. This has been eye-opening. What i took to be exaggerations or myths of a small minority was actually me being a biochemically privileged chromosomal chimera taking to the hormones like a duck to water. My struggle has never been the same as a real deal xy's burden and im doing a spiritual dogeza rn.

this thread has been my introduction to klinefelter's syndrome as a concept, and it's got me very curious. does klinefelter's really help you pass quicker? what I'm seeing upon looking it up tells me it actually makes you taller than the average male, wouldn't that be bad? other symptoms like lack of facial hair seem like a given for anyone once they're on hrt too

other than height pretty much everything is beneficial

I guess that makes sense, upon further research I can see why the less developed testicles it causes would make your body more receptive to anti-androgens. the height feels like a pretty even trade-off for that though, so I can't help but feel like OP might be being a little hard on herself

I for one forgive you. Understanding and kindness are the path to saving the tranny race, and that includes tranners themselves. Stick together and support each other and life can be heaven. Remember that today the average person makes over a thousand connections in their lifetime, so we are just over 2 degrees of separation from our kindness reaching everyone on earth. Start local, and be a kind spokesperson for trans people at large.
