How bad is it really to get an orchi but not take any e or t? I mean yeah it sort of sucks to not have any sex hormones but post menopause women can do it, so why can't I? Eunuchs have existed throughout history, why is osteoporosis suddenly only now a concern, especially when diet and certain medications can help prevent it.
