By 2050 10% of the population will be trans. People will start to realize that going through puberty a second time under your own control rather than under the authoritarian rule of your parents is incontrovertibly a good thing, and it'll become commonplace to have people who never had gender incongruity taking HRT just to reroll their lives and personalities.
