https://www.transiticsnews.com/p/the-trump-administration-is-now-claiming

>Yesterday afternoon, the Department of Health and Human Services announced that it had published a new report titled “Where the Clinic Meets the Movement: Does Gender Ideology Arm Left-Wing Authoritarian Psychology?” Coming only two weeks after the HHS published another report that alleged widespread billing fraud in gender-affirming care for minors, the relatively short 20-page study concludes that “support for “gender-affirming” norms is strongly associated with broader authoritarian attitudes, not just political identity, and predicts support for political violence.” In doing so, it marks a dramatic escalation in the conservative fixation on ‘transgender violence’ that has particularly crystalized over the past 12 months, providing rhetorical legitimacy to the concept and expanding it to encompass trans people’s allies.

>But despite what the Trump administration would have you believe, this study is far from scientific. Even in its first sentence, its partisan nature is made abundantly clear. “For decades,” the study reads, “psychological research on attitudes toward individuals who identify as transgender has focused almost exclusively on prejudice and has attributed that prejudice to authoritarian dispositions presumed to reside on the political right.”

>And worse, the authors of the study appear to be just as partisan. The study lists five, and unsurprisingly, all have shown support for conservatism or right-wing causes in the past. Here’s what you should know about each of them:

>Ohad Fedida is a Ph.D. student at Rutgers University in New Jersey and, according to his Twitter bio, a research fellow at an organization called the Network Contagion Research Institute. It’s also worth mentioning that Fedida got his undergraduate degree from the Talmudic University in Miami, a highly conservative Orthodox Jewish men’s college that specializes in Orthodox Jewish theological studies.”

With apologies to Aleksandra Vaca, jannybot 9000 is censoring any thread with "Trump", "Admin", or "Trans" in the subject field, so had to editorialize your headline.

yeah I'm planning on moving from this shithole in the near future so I really don't fucking care what some hospice patient says at this point

There will reach a point where using trannies as a distraction from real problems isn't going to work anymore.

Disagree with any part of gender ideology or with allowing children to medically transition and you'll immediately be met with some variation of this:
>We're going to kill you fascist
>Kill yourself Nazi
I can believe that trans people and their allies are bad faith actors working and would eagerly welcome some form of authoritarian government if that government used violence and the threat of prison to harm their perceived enemies.
>>
>>44646150
that won't be anytime soon and surely not furing this administration

I'm surprised we haven't seen more of this shit. Fed stats back up Islamists and chuds being basically entirely responsible for political violence for decades. They need to discredit that info, and troons are the boogeyman of the day.

> Ohad Fedida1, Danit Finkelstein1†, Colin Wright, Ph.D.2, Lee Jussim, Ph.D.1*, Joel Finkelstein, Ph.D.
I try so hard not to be racist

Chuds want to kill Muslims more than they want to kill trannies. Give every chudcel a cute trans gf and they would drop transphobia from their worldview.

What a suspicious fucking author.
>Rather glaringly, it also fails to establish a neutral baseline and instead exclusively compares left-wing support for left-wing political violence with right-wing support for left-wing political violence when drawing its conclusions.
I am very curious as to why the author didn't entertain that widespread prejudice leads to more violence. The abstract makes complete sense on that note. We are a fucking minority. The lack of a neutral comparison is indeed suspect, but for trans people as its own categorical distinction, what does it matter?
>Worse, the authors themselves specifically note that the study only measures correlation—not causality—and that “a second study is being designed” to determine the causal link.
>The Trump Administration is Now Claiming That Being a Trans Ally Makes You More Violent. Yes, Really.
This author is full of shit. I would not have minded if she was more honest about what perpetuates violence in response to the study. But this article reads more as "Trump le bad" than anything practical like "Well, there is violence. Let us help you understand why". The dishonesty is not getting us anywhere good.
>the relatively short 20-page study concludes that “support for “gender-affirming” norms is strongly associated with broader authoritarian attitudes, not just political identity, and predicts support for political violence.” In doing so, it marks a dramatic escalation in the conservative fixation on ‘transgender violence’ that has particularly crystalized over the past 12 months, providing rhetorical legitimacy to the concept and expanding it to encompass trans people’s allies.
So FIGHT THE FUCKING RHETORIC THEN? HELLO?

They've been pushing for this ever since Charlie got shot. They tried to claim that the guy who didn't shoot Charlie did it for his transgender gf who turned out to just be his cis male roommate.

I was surrounded by genuine hatred and cruelty and evil aimed at some of the kindest people in my life. You know who it was doing that evil? Christian conservatives. Driving friends of friends to suicidal ideation with threats of eternal punishment. A bullet is too merciful for shits like you. I'm sick of arguing that team Literally Murder Everyone Except For My Personal Friends and team Stop Fucking Torturing Your Kids Into Suicide En Masse Because You Think God Says So are on equal moral footing. You're evil. I don't care if you get socially outcast, blackballed from your job/industry, arrested or shot by a firing squad. Get out of my way or fucking die because I'm not stopping my fuckjng life for some sniveling shithead like you.

so it's fair game to point out that everyone else in sociology is a left winger then?

>why the author didn't entertain that widespread prejudice leads to more violence
why is that relevant to the methodological flaws of the paper? the paper did not actually look at general prejudice. obviously left wing beliefs should correspond to more left wing political violence as opposed to right wing political violence. that is not at all an interesting statement as presumably for someone to be engaging in left wing political violence they should have left wing belief. the paper implies there is some causal relationship that is particularly remarkable here at all and that there is a clean unmediated relationship between supporting trans people and violence. the deception is obvious
>this article reads more as "Trump le bad"
the paper obviously has a conflict of interest behind it. it is not simply a neutral observation but trying to achieve a frame for particular political ends. it is also very concerning as it points to the seriousness with which the current administration wants to push this narrative, even bending institutions towards its construction
>So FIGHT THE FUCKING RHETORIC THEN?
they are by pointing out the flaws of the studies framing? the whole song and dance about how this is not actually an issue especially compared to right wing political violence has already been played out. if the govt is setting up sham papers then might as well point out what exactly is wrong with how these papers are presented especially for later reference

>>44648564
it is to make sure their base can be on board with it without feeling like they are just hyperfocusing on a non-issue. they need to really make it feel like it is a major epidemic that is more important than egg prices doubling
>>
>>44646112
I mean the proof is in th pudding, mostly coming from the rabid pro trans lunatics, thier allies are equally as agressive and destructive.

trannies are a real problem
>>44646153
same
>>
>>44646150
lol no,
What will happen is we will get more laws to prevent trannies in real biological women spaces.

trannies are legit hormonally insane and destructive as fug, they are forever a outrage content machine, until they learn to chill and keep thier tranny delusions to themslves.

be more like the Thais, "Im not a real woman, Im a ladyboy"
