But banning would work the best if all knowledge of transition gets destroyed, because just knowing about transition makes people want to do it and the cycle starts over again. You have to make people believe that female and male are rigid and unchangeable states, that women and men are basically different species and trying to take cross sex hormones would kill a person, and the people should encourage sexual dimorphism even harder so that passing without hormones or surgeries through clothes and stereotypes would be impossible. Raise a few generations on that and everyone who would have wanted to transition will either become normal or kill themselves because it's hopeless/impossible to change their body.
