I think I may have discovered a possible dysphoria test but I want to see if it works

I find the scenario or my assigned gender as intensely repulsive to the point where I almost gag just imagining it while I find the other scenario neutral, even soothing. I think this may be usable as a very strong heuristic for gender dysphoria but I'm wondering how universal my reaction is

this shit is so fake how are noises coming out of an imaginary child going to give you "gender dysphoria" so prominent that it either makes you kill yourself or castrate yourself (both permanently ending your reproductive capabilites)
