I've been trying to treat my AGP for years. Thankfully it's not severe, but it's still obnoxious to deal with. The only, and I mean only thing that has worked for me is being so busy that you don't have time to focus on it. Unfortunately this leads to burnout in other areas of life.I'm currently starting another NoFap run. I want to take it to 8 months I stead of 6. It's possible that a hybrid approach of NoFap & a moderate work schedule is the best treatment.
