Pull the air worth the dose into the syringe first, insert needle to vial, push air in, turn upside down, suck in liquid [it'll equalize the pressure from the added air], pull out syringe and pull a little more air in
>Switch the cap of the needle to a new one
>clean a space of your stomach about 7cm away from your belly button either directly to the left or right with an alcohol swab and let dry for like 15 seconds
>Turn syringe up, flick it, push plunger up juuuust enough to start dripping liquid out of the needle
>Take off cap, pinch stomach fat between two fingers so the spot 7cm away from your belly button is pinched the furthest away from your internals
>Insert needle at a 45 degree angle, with the needle being directed *towards* your belly button, with the hole of the needle facing you
>let go of stomach fat, hold the syringe at where it meets your stomach
