The lack of a deep brow ridge, short midface, abaense of a super strong jaw, and abaense of a highly pronounced Adam's apple all suggest AFAB transmasc or trans man. That said, the long philtrum length points the other way. Of course it could also be a cis man, but based on the cues available, that would be my assumption.
