I grew up being "seen as a man".

Here is my reality: in middle school and high school, I had a mixed gender friend group. We emotionally supported each other; we hugged each other; we all cared. I felt supported.

In college, despite being "seen as a man," I had women friends. One of them cared about my emotional well-being a great deal, and I cared about hers. God knows how many hours we both spent talking to each other when the other wasn't doing great. When I came out, she was supportive too, though admittedly not surprised.

Your idea that no one would ever help a cis man is predicated on universalizing your experience, but not all people have the same experience

I don't see trans men as “smol bean confused girls”. I see them as men from an oppressed community, one that I am a part of, as we are both trans. That means that helping them is what I am supposed to do.
