as anon says get laser or electro. for such time as you cannot get those, if you remove the hairs while on hrt and especially with blockers also, somewhat fewer of them will come back, and come back finer and lighter, to a point. the options for this are like waxing, epilator machine, face nair if your skin can tolerate it, or plucking with tweezers(I do this)
