My 30-year-old cis male friend recently broke up with his trans girlfriend, who’s in her early 20s, and now he’s started using female pronouns and is considering transitioning himself. He’s never shown any obvious "signs" of gender dysphoria before, so this came as a surprise to me. Is this something that cis men sometimes go through after dating and breaking up with a trans partner, or is he just silly?
