I have been on 8mg estradiol enanthate intramuscularly every eight days for the past two years. I manmode and nobody knows. The changes weren't really all that crazy. My skin is a little softer and clearer. I have no libido and my facial/body hair stopped spreading. I got "breasts" that at best look like gyno (which would look off even if they were a reasonable size due to chest breadth). I haven't noticed any changes in strength. My testicles and penis got a little smaller. My hairline hasn't moved, but I don't know if that's due to HRT or if it wasn't going to recede in the past two years anyways.
