ive heard from some people that nicotine makes hrt less effective and im still early transition so worried about that. on the other hand i have very few sources of dopamine other than talking to people online and nicotine is nice for the dopamine

>>44871453from my experience, smoking cigs doesn't inhibit HRTs effect apart from maybe the boobs. I've had issues with boob growth, 7 yrs on HRT, may have fucked it up by doing anal prog early, but I've considered quitting for throat cancer/voice and possible boob growth inhibition reasons
