HRT does not cause regrowth typically, my guess is what your hairline looks currently is how it will stay. All my hairline baby hairs stayed baby hairs. I got a hair transplant.

Duta/minox regrowth is temporary changes to terminal hairs. The only recovery of hair follicles is when traumatized follicles in telogen return to anagen phase. Follicles damage due to DHT is irreversible, any permanent regrowth is from follicles returning to anagen, not DHT damage reversing, so it will be marginal. Using minoxidil forever will just leave a genetically bald man with a lot of sparse terminal hairs not as strong his original hair.

Breast buds and "sexual dysfunction" at 7 months is normal. Its not sexual dysfunction its that your sexual function is now to be penetrated like a woman.

For body hair try mass removal and seeing the regrowth. Sometimes the hair change stalls and you only notice once you get rid of it and it comes back much lighter.

As for people saying they notice hip growth at 7 months, that's delusional. Bone growth is slower than that and so is soft tissue redistribution or growth. Trannies frequently exxagerate this kind of thing.

Any hip growth you get is going to take like 2-5 years to actually materialize.

You really just need to focus on other aspects of transitioning and then revisit your body after 2 or 3 years and decide if you need surgery. You are going to be disappointed for the next ~year If you keep checking the mirror.

My ass didn't actually come in until 2.5 years HRT and when it did it came in all at once because I finally gained weight.

I forgot to say, regarding HRT just ensure your T is in the lower range of cis F lev3ls and your estrogen is like, average for cis women long term. You really only want supraphysiological estrogen if you're trying to induce lactation.
