There are many ways in which people say someone has expanded facial planes. There's not a lot of info about it, you have to dig pretty deep. I'm cursious as to what expanded facial planes actually are, and why ffs is not able to correct them.
I saw many features being called expanded facial planes, such as:
- large skull circumference
- long midface
- long head
- cranium expanded outwards
- deepset eyes combined with other facial features being small
All of these cases are distinct, but they show themselves in the same way. Commonly as:
- high distance between facial features
- small looking eyes
- a face that might be compact, but is expanded outwards (charlie kirk)
Are expanded facial planes really a life sentence? Can any of these cases be corrected with surgery maxing? Are such features limited to trans women, or is it possible for cis women to develop them as well?

Anyone has any idea? I don't know why such stuff is ignored. Facial planes have a major impact on passing. From anectodal evidence, it is something that may prevent ffs from making you pass. It's literally the least talked about, yet most important feature.

it’s just multiple variations of saying you have a big face. It’s unfixable bc no surgery can shrink your skull

This is the most stupid ""theory"" I've ever encountered and it makes my blood boil seeing it even mentioned. It's completely fake and the other way around, expanded facial planes read feminine, it's the not expanded and angular features that are masculine. Genuine psyop

Do you use this to cope? What tf do you mean? Big eyes are obviously feminine. Like what retardation level is this?

Can it be mitigated in any case? Obviously Charlie Kirk phenotype can't. But what about long midface? Midface can be fixed with Le Fort supossedly. For philtrum you could do lip lift, lateral canthoplasty for eyes. Would that even help? Any hairfrauding or makeup maxing that exists?

Look at Charlie Kirk and tell me his face looks masculine. Estrogen and he'd pass in a few months. Most of other stuff you referred to is not describing expanded facial planes

Long midface and expanded facial planes are different things. Expanded facia planes (or EFP) are when there's been enough sheer growth of the scale of the planes that make up the face, that the features end up surrounded by a load of blank space i.e. face too small in the middle of the head when viewed from head-on. Like Charlie Kirk. It's an anglo phenotype and especially among anglo-saxon britischers. The geometry + where vital tissues, blood vessels, structural cavities such as the throat are placed in relation to each other simply does not allow sections off bone to be removed from the places needed to make an aesthetic difference to this trait. You'd have to downsize the entire skull behind the features, doesn't work like that.

You are delusional

Most women do not have narrow faces, the only reason you see this face type in women widely in media is because it's attractive, and the reason it is attractive is that our society's sense of beauty leans masculine. Basic facts.
>>
I've seen bizyogmatic breadth been described as "expanded facial planes"
>>

Maybe it really is the case...
>>

exactly this, really good explanation. charlie kirk is a great example, his features were tiny on his face. he also had low IPD/close set eyes which is another thing that made his face look very masculine.

This is sad af I hope they invent a dekirking surgery :(
>>
>>44957753
This is gold. I'm saving it. Thanks. The most comprehensible explanation yet. I don't understand how you know this stuff.

>I don't understand how you know this stuff.
because it's not an actual medical term and everyone has a different definition of it, bigonial width + midface height are what should be used.
