I started with patches because I was 2 scared of needles and did them for like, 18 months and they suck and if they ever unpeeled slightly I'd get super unstable. So then I switched to needles and everything is great :)
>>44960210I thought so too and did patches for a bit, but injections are so easy. I also had issues where patches gave me red spots that lingered for a week after. No such issue with injections. Highly recommend giving them a try. There's a reason why most of us inject our HRT.
