Pre HRT (waiting on delivery) anyone have experience with the effects if you have a fucked up chest like mine? I wear men’s XS so that’s a good sign but I still have pectus carinatum and it’s too late for a brace

Your chest is completely normal what are you talking about. Nipples are a bit small but they'll just get to good size with HRT. I think you have a good base.
