It does for mtf. I'd say the biggest different is that your erogenous zone isnt really tied to hardness for orgasm. When i was a twink my prostate would like harden during sex in response to getting fucked but on estrogen your genitals don't work that way as much and it feels more spongy and soft. A lot of the sensitivity in the penis also moves further down because erections don't get as "tight" in the front.

Several guys even commented on it. Once I was on HRT I just wasn't thinking about any of that stuff and I just felt like myself. So it made it a lot better but probably just by getting rid of the dysphoria and faking enthusiasm for being gay
