>>44962038>I'm v hairy and it's causing sensory issues so erm.Same, what ive found is you have a few options, so >shavingFastest short term but lasts least time, cheapest upfront, moderate amount of ingrowns and requires new blades after a couple shaves ideally, also might need hair trimming first if its long and using a multiblade razor>epilatingMiddle of the pack, costs more but not hugely expensive, takes much longer than shaving but lasts longer though results vary from a few days to a week (not till its the same length but how long for stubble to be back) high chance of ingrowns unless its a very good epilator and proper aftercare is used, skin will be red for hours after, recovery is super important for the result>waxxingmost expensive long term at home, messiest, takes longer than shaving, may be faster than epilating with a good routine, best results imo with aftercare no ingrowns and clear skin, but is the most bothersome method imo, save it for a salon or a specific are you cant use the others for>IPL(at home laser)Highest upfront cost but thats it, most demanding time wise when starting (legs take me 90~ mins 3x a week), though you have to use it a lot less after 1, 3, 6, months etc, results look good online but I cant say personally yet, in theory lowest cost and maintenance paired with occasional spots to shave long term, only works for certain skin and hair colours combos, results and time required may vary depending on the above and hair density + location e.g facial hair is far more resilient harder to knockcurrently I'm doing at home ipl+shaving every 2-3 days, I also got a steal on groupon for facial laser at a clinic every 3-4 weeks, though i use ipl on my face in-between.Oh and, I used to shave every single day and epilate every other day, but hrt significantly slowed down the growth of body hair and slightly slowed facial hair, as well as thinning body hair, but all the above will still work, hrt made it far more manageable
