I feel like my transition has failed - after 1.5 years I turned from hot guy drawing attention of women and gays alike that even managed to be in a relationship into regular disgusting, shut-in hon.
I'm not happier, I'm manmoding, I still don't feel at home in this body, and I still can't call myself a woman to not insult real women. Sometimes I wonder if I could just rep and live more fulfilling life than this.
All I hear about when I open up is that I have a lot of "internalised transphobia" to work through. Should I just wait more? Should I rope?

I choose not to believe that the people who accuse us of "internalized transphobia" for thinking passing is important are serious in any way. I dont think its over for you at 1.5 years. Most people can at least semi pass with the right interventions. hoping the best for you nona. never rep never rope.
