You should probably make sure to have some fat on your bones, otherwise fat distribution won't exactly do anything.

You can combine it with working out to get a bigger ass. Having wider hips and a bigger ass will help a lot in making your waist/chest seem smaller.

I've been on hrt for 4.5 years now and I'm pretty sure my hisp are still growing, it's rlly slow but recently when I looked into the mirror I was genuinely surprised. Started at 21, almost 22. So that weird "your growth plates close at 17-18" post from recently is kinda bullshit.
