B cups. i like em a lot. they're not so big that they get in the way but they're def there, and even in a big sweater they stick out a bit. as far as the proprioception goes. usually you don't like think about the fact that they're there, esp if you're like locked in on something, but you build a subconscious awareness pretty quickly. they're more sensitive than the rest of the chest skin so you can def feel that when you touch em. they're also very soft and they do jiggle when you go down the stairs or run (wear a sports bra) and if i stretch or something I'll feel my bra shift against them (prob means i need to get a better fitting bra but w/e). more bouncy/springy than just lumps of fat. idk they don't rly get in the way cuz i got used to having em pretty quickly. not that heavy either. kinda just like, idk, extra lumps on your chest that feel nice when you touch em and behave like fleshy lumps
