why is laser not permanent fuck i dont even want to imagine how much it would cost and how long it would take to do electrolysis by placing a cathode into every single one of the follicles of my monkey like body
>>
laser is mostly permanent

>mostly
aka not

it is permanent for male areas, unless you detrans
>>

if 80% of follicles die permanently and 20% don't, it's mostly permanent
>>

With enough sessions and or luck follicles die off completely. Any hair that grows back does so because they only got damaged.

laser primarily works by damaging the follicles and causing the hairs to become pseudo vellus hairs rather than killing the follicles. the opposite is true for electrolysis

shrug it's fairly permanent, you just have to have realistic expectations. it's just that initially ALL the hair falls out the same way as if you had plucked, but AFTER that only some of the hairs were actually killed. So yeah, you're gonna look perfect at first, then feel like you lost progress.

Anyway, I did 6 sessions i got off a coupon (and i guess 1 session i got years before), and bear in mind that I couldn't really grow thick / full facial hair. The moustache was really the thickest thing / closest to "normal". Even then, it's been most of a year with no sign of losing progress there, and sometimes i'd get despondent like u sound like rn at first, but then i looked at actual photos and realized it's SEVERAL times thinner. So realize it's like
>BEFORE LASER
>okie time to pluck
>40-60m later
>oh god oh fuck that fucking hurt and now my face is red as FUCK for most of the day
>repeat in under 2 weeks usually
vs
>NOW
>okie time to pluck
>1-2m later
>wow that was easy
>that's it
>no regularity at all

like sometimes it's literally just dealing with a couple hairs or like <10 hairs lol. Or a couple regions were less affected, but they're still thin enough that if i want i can literally just shave and shadow's just not an issue like it used to be and if i'm paranoid (which is almost always) i just apply a little concealer and boom i'm done, no need to worry about color corrector and i'm p. sure it takes longer to grow too.

so y'know u can cry about it or u can go fix it. and sure i had it better than many ppl, but still worse than some ppl and i had a friend with way more facial hair density pre transition and she only needed like 10 or 12 sessions to be not just where i am but utterly free. So just find some coupon, do 5 or 6 sessions, then repeat once if you still need more. ezpz
