And recently added a glutes/core workout on a 6th day either saturday or sunday. Dieting is where it rly matters. Yes i count calories, right now i'm trying to lose upper body mass, and have a negative belly, so i am at around 800 cals a day, in weeks where i want to fk more its also around that all liquids only. At normal weeks it's around 1800cals. I never really bulk but when i do it's very light, around 2200cals.
