Did your sex drive come back?

My car broke down last year so I had to bike 20 miles a day for almost a year. Then after I got a car I gained 20 pounds and I haven’t been able to feel sexual since then. I fell into old habits with comfort eating and i haven’t felt submissive or feminine hardly ever. Yes I know I’m a fatty I just want to feel sexual again

I get 12k+ steps a day, work an outdoor job, trail run 4-8 miles regularly, can do 6 pull-ups and can literally out-stairmaster anyone at my gym. The problem is I need to put the fucking fork down.
