This is really not bad. Its cis level of pcos. I get that you are uncomfy but they are sparse enough that not a lot of people will notice if you dont get too close to them.

You can also always wear a mask and say you got a cold.

Also it's getting colder out. So you can wear a scarf and just say your cold or you got throat pain.
