You'd have to dilate the hole every day that results from SRS. If you're referring to just orchi, you may be able to get it abroad (I heard in Thailand you can get it for cheap and it's based on an informed consent model AND it's done by actual doctors) for a good price, otherwise you'll probably have to pay high prices to get it done locally. That being said, apparently it doesn't actually do anything. Medications, I don't think a psychiatrist would give to you (whether it be ones that suppress T or are supposed to bring libido down, former you wouldn't qualify for GD, latter would just make you an emotional zombie and wouldn't just bring you libido down but everything else too), and again they wouldn't be effective for your use case.
