I use a jacket or a hoodie even under the scorching sun, it draws significantly more attention, specially to the chest area, but I've been "hiding" my gyno this way since puberty that I can't function if I feel exposed. Unless I am angry or sad, I go out with just a shirt, can't care about optics when my emotions are overwhelming me.
