If they stare at you and smile A LOT, go out of their way to talk to you, and laugh when you make shitty jokes, then you can probably ask them out with confidence. Everybody else is like a 5% chance of getting a "yes" unless you're extremely charismatic and attractive (doubtful if you're posting on 4chan).
