If my nips are already starting to hurt like a month into HRT should I, like, pump the brakes? I don't want to have that thing happen where they grow so fast I get those weird spidery stretch marks. I'm only on 4mg daily E, should I reduce it?

Everyone here is like "oral estrogen is fake" and "if you're on Xmg you're getting hondosed" and they're completely wrong.You should start on anti-androgens and a very small dose of sublingual e. then ramp up the e over time and ditch the anti-androgens for monotherapy once you're basically done developing. The point is to mimic natal femal puberty.
