genuinely insane desu. i see many people where it just. doesn’t work, some with like DD cups, some who just look like a different person after and some who hardly change at all.my hip dips have almost completely rounded out and i haven’t even hit the 8 month mark nor gained a pound. what the fuck??? like i’m thrilled but why is it so inconsistent???
it's genetic lottery fpr the physical changes, everything else is effort. you can kinda work out and eat different to reshape your body too, but if you have bad genes it's over. also a lot of people have bad levels. hrt changed my face a little my hips a little but that's about it. rest is styling and such. still get people on the street asking if I'm a tranny but whatever

So if you start out looking like a soft-featured pretty boy then it will probably work well for you. If you have strong facial features, it might not. I also have a hunch that the small feminine twink and attracted to men body type responds better to estrogen anyway.

>>45015915The sentiment doesn't come from nowhere and isn't unique to trans medicine either, but my reply was more in relation to OP and how the effectiveness of first-line treatment for gender dysphoria (HRT) being significantly up to chance is considered the highest standard of care. Like in the future (this is highly speculative btw) we might have commercially available gene editing to switch the sex of your gonads to produce your own hormones, and having to rely on exogenous sex hormones for the rest of your life would be seen as backwards. Or for a more dramatic contrast, we might have stem cell therapy to grow your own genitals and reproductive system from your own DNA to be used instead of surgical procedures like SRS we have now that would be seen much more comparably grotesque. A lot more "trans" people would transition if treatment options were more advanced (self evident), and more importantly if the medical outcomes were more certain.
Some trannies are so gross, and some (like this one I worked with) are so hot and get such monster tits that it’s genuinely an honor when they let me inside of their rectum, even if it’s just my tongue.
