I also suspect she might be compensating for unresolved psychosexual urges. She is also diagnosed bipolar. And just to clarify, I’m not transgender.
>Have cousin who is five years older than me
>Grew up near each other so was at her house constantly
>Starting from when I was at least the age of 5 she and her sister would play dress-up with me every time I came over
>Literally would wear their old clothes and costume dresses for hours at a time
>She continued dressing me up like a girl for years
>Taught me how to do makeup and how to walk in heels
>She would post pictures of us dressed up together on Instagram and told people I was a girl
>Would even sometimes pick me up and drive to her house just to give me makeovers when she was bored
>Would do manic things like make me look at pictures of wedding dresses and tell her which ones I want to wear
>Convinced me to come out as gay at 13 (though everyone knew)
>Encouraged me to have a fairly severe eating disorder so I’d stay small and thin
>Would constantly talk about sex and tell me about the guys she hooked up with

I could go on and on. This continued until she moved away for college. Now she’s in her late 20s, is openly bisexual, and constantly posts on Instagram about how much she hates trannies. I mean like probably a third of her entire feed is anti-trans stuff. So what is her deal?
>>
>>45032476
She sounds severely mentally ill.
>>
>>45032498
Yeah like I said, she’s bipolar. I considered that maybe she got into the TERF stuff from dating lesbians, but as far as I know she’s only dated men for the past year and the TERF posting just started a couple months ago.
>>
I just keep thinking about how she would be the most perfect example of someone grooming a person into being trans if I ended up that way. I only scratched the surface with these examples. I mean this is a girl who convinced me to starve myself just so I could continue fitting into size 0 dresses. She even bought me bras!
>>
>>45032609
she likely would have pushed E on you if she had the means to do so.
>>
>>45032625
I honestly don’t remember her ever suggesting transgenderism to me. But she was really into equating my homosexuality with dressing up like a girl. Like we only ever talked about boys when I was dressed up and she would get really insistent about it.
>>
>>45032699
I’m genuinely very curious if anyone else has experienced something like this with women they know
>>
Shes a fujo. She did those things to you because she sees you as a boy. She is a mentally ill degenerate. Stay away. You can't fix her. She will never see you as any kind of woman, and she has proven that she has boundary and respect issues.
>>
>>45033154
We don’t live in the same city so I haven’t seen her for a couple years. Also I’m not trans but she did get a lot of pleasure out of using she/her pronouns for me and referring to me as a girl. Even when I was younger I wondered if it was a psychosexual thing or if it was just bipolar mania because she would become so intense at times, like just buzzing intensity. I could tell so many stories
>>
>>45033154
Can hypersexual girls who don’t watch anime and barely even know what it is still be considered fujos?
>>
>>45033408
Yes its just a predatory attitude toward boys and arousal at male homosexuality
>>
>>45033518
*extremely loud incorrect buzzer* it is an anime/manga otaku subculture that enjoys stories about boys and men being romantic and/or sexual with each other. westoid terfs and terf-adjacents came up with your definition of the term.
>>
What I’m curious about is if the TERF stuff is even a real opinion of hers. She could be knowingly faking it.
>>
>>45032476
you know, i think it's really funny how they call the trannies the groomers when they're literally out here doing this shit to kids, you know what i sure as hell haven't done? ANYTHING along those lines, holy shit, bitch sounds nuts even by my standards
>>
>>45032476
>Would do manic things like make me look at pictures of wedding dresses and tell her which ones I want to wear
This is such a bipolar fujo thing to do lol
>>
The more I hear about the inner and outer lives of cisoids the less I think they're fully human
>>
>>45032476
kids can develop weird fetishes pre/during puberty that they act out onto other children
maybe she fetishized feminity, wasn't able to live up to her ideals as she grew older, and became a terf because she's insecure about that
>>
>>45032476
She had fun using you as her dress up doll until she realized you were prettier (or some other troon was) than her and it made her insecure. That and problem some weird gender feelings of her own are being suppressed. I refuse to believe anyone is just a terf in a vacuum. There's always something more going on internally.
>>
>>45035027
>I refuse to believe anyone is just a terf in a vacuum. There's always something more going on internally.
always is
nobody's born a transphobe
>>
Ok I’m going to fill you in on my strategy maybe your cousin is the same, I basically do the same post a bunch of “transphobic” or radfem stuff on my social media etc because I know it will get you to view it. I’m pretty much just doing this for the attention, like when I play games the moment I find out someone is a TIM I’ll start being loud about how much I hate them etc, all to make there self worth lower then I’ll treat you like you’re different, you’re a good one and basically slowly lovebomb till you to send me photos and videos. One day will be more than just that. I still view you as men but find you attractive, just wish you stop calling yourselves woman.
>>
>>45035130
This strategy was patented by the CIA in the 70's. Delet this or we'll explode your phone.
>>
>>45034969
This is a good point. She is still very pretty, but could be insecure about her femininity for other reasons. She and her sister were both very stereotypically girly, but in her case it just kept accelerating as she got older while her sister remained more “normal” and well-adjusted. I kind of want to reach out to her sister and ask her about this stuff, but I don’t want to give the impression that I’m angry or resentful about anything. To be honest I always enjoyed dressing up with her and loved all the attention she gave me. But my childhood was very surreal because of her. I haven’t really even told anyone I know about this because of how crazy some of it sounds.
I can tell more stories about things my cousin did if anyone wants to read them.
>>
>>45032476
sounds like BPDemon (oh, you already said that's what she is). i dont think you apply "hypocrite" to a person this mentally ill since they don't exactly act on principle
>>
>>45035549
yea and i mean ED's in general rly correlate with self esteem issues wrt. feminity so thats what really tips it over for me, my guess it it's an attempt to either normalize or express those urges in their minds with their peers as a part of social development
>but I don’t want to give the impression that I’m angry or resentful about anything
you won't know her perspective on it till you hint or ask, if anything her reaction'll depend on how she remembers it
>I can tell more stories about things my cousin did if anyone wants to read them.
up to you anon lol
>>
>>45035063
>nobody's born a transphobe
>"Mommy, is that a girl or a boy?"

kek
>>
>>45035767
yeah, that's what babies say right when they come out of the womb. you know, because they can speak english and talk
>>
>>45035773
>a three year-old is taught transphobic ideas
>>
>>45032476
probably lmao
>>
>>45035774
yeah, i mean what else do they learn at that age? english?
>>
>>45035591
One realization I had years later about her BPD is that even though she was constantly getting in fights and causing drama with her sister, mom, friends, boyfriends, etc. she was never mean to me, which made me feel like I was special. In retrospect this was probably an intentional power move on her part
>>
>>45035712
>you won't know her perspective on it till you hint or ask, if anything her reaction'll depend on how she remembers it
Oh, I meant talking to her sister about it to see what she thinks. I have zero desire to bring it up to her directly because I have no idea what her mental state is like right now. It wouldn’t be worth it at all and I’d like to remain on friendly terms with her.
>>
>>45035789
maybe you were special to her. that happens, but it also doesnt mean a whole lot - at least it shouldnt to you. keeping your distance is the best way to deal with people who have that particular illness
>>
>>45032476
>Is my TERF cousin a hypocrite?
Not reading allat but I can guarantee she is because any TERF is a hypocrite because the feminist advocation of women's rights inherently muddies sexual roles in the way that permits the social recognition of transsexuality.
>>
>>45035950
>that permits
apparently this particular flavor doesnt, hence the E in the name
>>
>>45035712
To be fair, I think having an ED was more of something that was instilled in her from a young age because she did ballet until starting high school. Her sister also did ballet and she was rail thin too. Her mom was very obsessive about appearance and also would gush over how skinny I was (as a compliment) which is admittedly very odd coming from an adult woman. Basically their whole diets were fruits and vegetables and smoothies
>>
>>45035953
Retard, trying to pretend that women aren't too different to men to occupy the same gender roles (which is what feminism is) is what causes this and cannot be reversed without doing so fully. No authentic transphobe with a coherent worldview thinks that women should be able to vote. This is even if we disregard the recent stuff where feminists literally tried to argue that women shouldn't be held responsible for murdering their children
>>
>>45035864
Yeah, I mean she definitely cared about me a lot. But that’s also probably how she rationalized a lot of her behavior towards me that could be seen as somewhat predatory
>>
>>45036036
EDs in teenage girls often start with their mothers
>>
>>45037017
Same with gay sons who have fag hag mothers
>>
>>45035712
Alright here’s a story. Decided to just type out one long one that will show how BPD my cousin is and also I vividly remember every detail of this night

I should note that even though my cousin (I’ll call her Liz) is 5 years older than me, we were only 4 grades apart (I was the youngest person in my grade). Her sister was two grades above me (I’ll call her Lauren)
>Lauren gets invited to some type of debutante ball because of her boyfriend
>All the girls wore white ball gowns
>Liz was clearly jealous about it
>Few weeks pass
>On Christmas break from school
>Liz breaks up with her boyfriend so she’s acting especially manic
>My mom has plans to go out with my aunt to a play or something
>Liz calls and says to come over with my mom that night and I can hang out at their house
>Arrive at the house, mom and aunt get in an Uber and leave
>Hang out with Lauren for a bit while Liz is upstairs in her room screaming at her ex-boyfriend on the phone
>Lauren warns me that Liz has been acting especially crazy all day
>Liz comes downstairs and acts all excited to see me
>Lauren goes to her room to get ready to go out with friends
>Liz takes me into the kitchen and drinks a glass of wine while ranting about her ex and scrolling her phone
>Pretty sure she was on meds and not supposed to drink
>Lauren comes downstairs to say goodbye and leaves
>Liz asks if I want to get dressed up with her and of course I say yes
>We go to her bedroom
>Liz gives me a bra, underwear, and a slip skirt to change into while she goes into Lauren’s room
>She returns with Lauren’s debutante gown and says she wants to see me in it
>Hesitate because it’s a very expensive dress but Liz insists that Lauren won’t care (1)
>>
>>45037535
>Sit at Liz’s vanity while she does my makeup and rants some more about her ex-boyfriend and whatever friend she’s fighting with at the moment
>Spends way more time on my makeup than usual because she wants to take pictures and it has to be perfect
>Finally finishes the makeup and takes out this long brunette wig that I always wear
>Very nice wig, the type you can use a flat iron on without damaging it
>Has me brush the wig while she sits next to me and does her own makeup
>Put on the wig and she styles it
>Goes in her closet and starts pulling out formal dresses for her to wear
>Spends like 30 minutes putting them on, checking herself out in the mirror, then taking them off
>She’s talking a mile a minute the whole time
>Finally settles on a dress and then sits back at the vanity and styles her hair
>Like two hours have passed at this point
>She finishes her hair and then helps me out on Lauren’s gown
>It’s absolutely beautiful, basically a wedding dress
>Admittedly it’s the prettiest I ever looked
>Liz starts getting all emotional and I legit think she’s about to cry
>She spends like ten minutes fussing with the dress and gushing over it
>Starts taking dozens of pictures of me and having me pose while she adjusts the dress
>She puts her phone on a tripod and takes pictures of us together
>Spend like a half hour taking pictures
>We scroll the pictures while she picks out the best ones
>She starts texting them to Lauren
>Lauren responds something like omg so cute!!! but I’m positive Liz was trying to piss her off
>Liz starts texting the pics to some of her friends including her ex-boyfriend
>She posts a bunch of the pics on Instagram
>Liz reminds me that most people at her school still think I’m a girl
>Sit on her bed while she frantically paces around the room on her phone and shows me the Instagram comments (2)
>>
>>45037557
>Liz decides it’s really important that my mom sees me wearing Lauren’s gown when they come back so I need to stay dressed up
>I can tell she’s hoping Lauren comes home by then too
>Tell Liz I need to take off the dress because I have to pee
>She snaps and says OK BUT YOU HAVE TO PUT IT BACK ON
>She helps me take it off and I go to the bathroom
>Come out, she puts the dress back on me and obsessively fusses and adjusts it
>Decides she wants to touch up my makeup
>Sit back at the vanity while she does my makeup and scrolls her phone
>Hear the front door open and our moms walk in loudly talking
>Liz gets all excited and rushes out of the room
>Liz yells from the top of the stairs and says they need to see me and she’ll bring me down in a few minutes
>Can hear our moms laughing, they’re obviously drunk (3)
>>
>>45037574
>Liz comes back in the room and has me stand in front of the mirror while she adjusts my wig and dress
>Tells me to stand still while she rushes into Lauren’s room and returns with some white high heels
>She puts the heels on me and leads me out of the room by my hand
>Go down the stairs and she walks me into the living room where our moms are
>My mom is HAMMERED
>She and my aunt rush over to me, gushing over how pretty I look
>Actually feels nice and I like the positive attention
>Liz asks my aunt if Lauren is coming home and she says no she’s spending the night at a friend’s house
>Can tell Liz is disappointed
>I ask my aunt if it’s okay that I’m wearing Lauren’s gown and she insists it’s totally fine which is a relief
>The women fuss over me for a while more and then Liz takes me back to her room and helps me change and take off the makeup
>Mom can’t drive so we take an Uber home
>The whole car ride she drunkenly tells me how pretty I look and how glad she is that I’m comfortable being feminine
>Says how much she would love it if I wore a dress to a school dance and she could take me dress shopping and do my hair and makeup, just complete drunken nonsense
>Get home and go to my room
>Liz sends me a paragraph long text message with a bunch of pictures
>Go to bed

Sorry about the length, I have nothing to do at work today so typed this up in my notes
>>
>>45032476
Were you gay independent of her doing this or is it hard to tell since they started dressing you up so early?
>>
>>45037853
Honestly I wouldn’t blame people for thinking my cousins turned me gay, but I doubt it. I was a very fruity kid at home and school (though my mom did sort of encourage it) but I’ve also never felt sexual attraction towards a woman in my entire life. I genuinely loved wearing dresses and makeup when I was little and never felt like I was being forced to do it.
>>
>>45037935
I do wonder sometimes how different things might have turned out if I had a sibling though. If I had an older sister chances are I would have been dressing up at home too or maybe even doing it in public (which I did do a few times but not until seventh grade, not counting Halloweens)
>>
>>45037935
>Honestly I wouldn’t blame people for thinking my cousins turned me gay, but I doubt it
>If I had an older sister chances are I would have been dressing up at home too or maybe even doing it in public
It's okay, I trust you! I think those experiences can change how you express something but don't change the underlying thing itself. I'm mtf and I don't think any string of circumstances would've changed that; but I grew up as the youngest with entirely male siblings and cousins which definitely affected the way I carry myself.
>>
>>45038200
Also I should clarify that my cousin didn’t start talking about sex or hookups with me until after I came out as gay, and I think that was the impetus for her to start doing it (even though it was definitely inappropriate for my age). Before that my cousins would just tease me by asking if I had crushes on any boys and stuff like that.
>>
>>45037597
Your cousin is obviously insane but it's still a cute story, especially the part at the end with your mom. Did she not see you dressed up very often?
>>
>>45038345
She would see pictures of me dressed up but not that often in person. Her reaction that night was mostly over how I was dressed up like a debutante girl and to be fair I did look beautiful lol
>>
>>45032476
My mom used to make me wear her high heels and put makeup on me in front of her bathroom mirror. Women are awful.
>>
>>45038603
Imagine if the genders were reversed...
>>
Half the people reading this think it’s disturbing and the other half are extremely jealous
>>
>>45038603
My ex-BF’s mom once made him wear his sister’s junior bridesmaid dress with a bow in his hair and full makeup to teach him some vague lesson about feminism
>>
>>45038603
What would have happened if you refused?
>>
>>45038956
>him some vague lesson about feminism
Cover excuse for something else lol
>>
>>45039478
Thing is he was such a little fag that he didn’t really mind being dressed up like a girl which kind of undermined whatever point his mom was trying to make
>>
>>45039641
LMAO
>he starts goonin' the sissy clitty and gets an AGP spike

Lesson: ruined
>>
>>45039652
Gay boys in that situation have fun with it, straight boys develop a crippling fetish

cute. thank you for sharing your stories. I know you're conflicted, but it was enjoyable to read and imagine.

Thank you for reading it :) I’ve never shared that story before so it was nice to finally type it all out. I still think about that night all the time

So glad I grew up surrounded by women, if I had male siblings my life probably would have been a living hell
