I'd recommend u get tested for thyroid panel and fix ur diet. inflammation on scalp and whatnot. high prolactin can also rape ur follicles. hairloss can be tricky and in different ways. sometimes prolactin causes it. sometimes ur just genetically unlucky and dht rapes the follicles. fact is if ur in college and balding something systematically is wrong with u and u probably should seek some hormonal/thyroid bloodtests either way
