hello 4chan i got ffs a few days ago and it went really well! i was a neverpasser before but i cant clock myself in the mirror now. its still a little swollen at the jaw. i feel like ive been reincarnated

>>45040852i got rhino + chin + jaw at the same time. recovery is not bad at all for any of them if you're able to just neet for a week after. the nose was easier though, they said i should expect to be congested for a week but after day 2 i was actually breathing/smelling better than i have for years. like he fixed my internals.the chin/jaw work makes it kinda hard to eat solids for a while, but i was able to survive off of milk, protiein shakes, vitamin pills, and like pho broth for a few days. they put these dissolving sutures at the very bottom of the space between your lips and teeth and since i got jaw and chin it covers the pretty much the whole front of my mouth. its mildly uncomfortable, and they should dissolve in another week but i can eat soft foods without much issue now

>>45040884Yup…FFS is difficult recovery-wise for the first 72 hours but you rebound very fast. I think the mental aspect is a lot more challenging if you experience a dramatic change. My face was so fucking masculine that nobody was seeing me as a trans woman before. My transition became real to people immediately afterwards. It’s as if I was dropped in the deep end and told “learn how to swim”.
i've been stealth for over a decade but i'm getting ffs soon and i'm getting worried it might change how i'm perceived in a negative way. did anyone experience something similar with ffs?
