>friend comes out as trans >I'm one of the few thats supportive>family supports her and all its just the friends she chose that are mostly assholes>despite coming out as trans she's crying more and more as opposed to less and less (couldn't even tell they were sad before)>eventually starts saying crazier and crazier shit>text her that she's saying crazier and crazier shit and that I think she needs to go to a shrink >tells me to fuck off, is rude to me from that point on, the second time I bring this up she cuts contact instantly >goes from dating men to dating women (trannies exclusively) despite this whole thing starting from realising that she likes dudes>has now been through 6 or so relationships over the course of like a year and they all ended disastrously (cheating, domestic violence ect.) >the one time I get to say I'm concerned I get blown off about how cis people "just wouldn't get it" and how this clique of trannies she exclusively hangs out with is the best ever, this interspersed with personal insults directed towards me
To give you some idea of the kind of shit she says, a mutual associate of ours was in the vicinity of a terrorist attack on a pride parade and instead of asking "are you okay" in group chat she just started going off about how about all gay men deserve to die because they drag the lgbt down or some shit, i don't really want to try to understand the reasoning here but she wasn't joking.I'm super tired of this whole "cis people won't get it" shtick. You look at what happened and tell me trannies don't form cults. "Cis people don't get it" is just the thinnest excuse by a cult to get you to cut contact with the outside world. I like to think I'm rational enough to know that this experience doesn't reflect on all trannies, plenty of successful girls and dudes out there that happen to be trans, but if I'm being honest, this whole experience kinda threw me off, idk what to think. I'm definitely super put off by trannies that exclusively date other trannies now. Didn't have an opinion before, but now I think that in the very least they fell I to some kind of cult. Curious to see if the community(tm) has some kind of consensus on the issue. The reason I don't just think "oh it's just my (former I guess) friend that's fucked" is because a) I've heard this kind of attitude of "I'm only interested in what fellow trannies have to say, cis people just don't get it" (whatever that means) many times over the years and just never payed much attention, and b) whenever she would say all of the crazy shit, she would always go "my (trans) friends all agree" and clearly knows enough trannies to both date like 6 of them and also cheat on them with other trannies, so it has to be some kind of clique >"oh you just wouldn't get it"Fuck off.
>>45041904Portland or Seattle? This really sounds like the kind of shit that only happens there.
>>45041904oh noes, it's a polycule transbian! you actually knew one of those irl??? personally idk whats wrong with them but i feel the same way about them that i do about the they/it/bug/emoji theyfabs, wish they'd come up with a new word for themselves so that me and the other actual trans people wouldn't have to be associated
>>45042045Detroit metropolitan area>>45042070Polycule implies consent, this is just cheating and constant drama
>>45042093cheating and constant drama, you say?? yeah, sounds like a transbian polyculei mean if you think about it it is consensual in a way, nobody's making them go out and do that shit with eachother
