>>45046162Its actually simple and I'm not trying to be inflammatory but if a trans woman is born as a male with male genitalia and sex hormones since conception, and what makes them a trans woman is that they decide they feel internally like a woman, so they become, through transition, a trans woman (from a male), then a cis woman can be born with female genitalia and sex hormones and feel internally that she is a trans woman, so she becomes a trans woman through transition (in this case she doesnt need hormones or anything because theyre already there) and she becomes a trans woman. Many of these women may still get BA or FFS. They may end up resembling post transition trans woman who are amab. It is the same category of person
