Calling all man/boymoders. Do you're coworkers suspect anything or ask questions? I'm starting a new job next week, and I'm starting to get very nerous :/
>>
I'm open about being a tranny but stick with my male name and pronouns, ezmode
>>
>>45094609
How do they respond? I was considering doing this if anyone asked. I'm already going by my preferred name (it's just my childhood nickname).
>>
>>45094606
I told them straight up and it didn't make a difference. They still use my deadname and call me sir/he/man every day. I came back from FFS and nobody saw a difference or acknowledged it at all. I'm looking for a new job now, and I'm struggling with figuring out if I should just pretend I'm a normal man or admit that I'm trans from the start.
>>
>>45094691
What kind work do you do if you don't mind me asking?
>>
>>45094716
accounting
>>
>>45094729
I'm starting as a permit tech with my local government. I imagine it's a similar environment.
>>
>>45094637
it's a tech job so they're cool with it, at least to my face
my employer's insurance literally won't pay for my HRT which is gay
>>

>my employer's insurance literally won't pay for my HRT which is gay
Is it a federal job? That fucking sucks.
>>
>>45094807
nope, but the plan they offer is "fixed indemnity coverage" and doesn't have to follow ACA rules (idk how that's legal but apparently it is)
>>
Im pretty sure no one in my office thinks anything of me. granted i started HRT like 4 years into that job, and when starting, i made a big stink about finally doing somthing abt my weight and wanting to grow my hair out again.
i actually did somthing abt my weight and lost about 70 LBs over like a year and a half. now im a little bit over 2 years into hrt and any noticeable change, they attribute to the weight loss, and that combined with the frog in the pot effect on top of being intrinsically moided, im certain i could keep going like this indefinitely.
also no one has ever asked me questions which is pretty chill ig .-.

I think my coworkers just think im a fag but idk
some of the ppl working here are older (50+) latin women who I've heard saying super anti-trans stuff among each other before, and they still treat me very nicely and don't give me weird looks or anything so idk. I think most people's trans radar is barely or nonexistant. either that or im just uggers

My manager clocked me day one which is weird, he teases me about it sometimes but he's like super supportive and hasn't outed me which is nice.
I've had some people ask me if I use he she or they, I just say he and nobody questions it. Some of my coworkers know I'm a manmoder but they're chill.
I think everyone else thinks/knows I'm a fag, which I'm fine with
t. Manmoder

I have a similar situation, a lot of older coworkers who make questionable comments about anything LGBT related because they assume they're in like company.
The women working the public-facing part of my work (I'm in the back) most likely know but haven't said anything.

>My manager clocked me day one which is weird
I worry my coworkers have already done the same. The manager who hired me too me around to meet everyone, and I swear, a few of them paused and did a double take when they met me.

They all seemed very nice though, save for one women who just kinda paused and looked at me. I'm a pretty anxious person though, so it could just being in my head.
>>
>>45094606
almost all of them don't suspect anything because I dont pass and theyre also stupid but there was one foid who point blank asked me if i was on hrt on our second interaction
apart from her everyone else just assumes im some pathetic retarded fag

I know schools taught everyone wrong as a joke but come the fuck on.

I'm open about it if questioned, but I just continue presenting male until it becomes obvious that I can't anymore when my breasts develop further. I do wear perfume every single day for the past 3 years, and I wear this cute, shiny little butterfly necklace, so I figure people suspect -something-.

Which is fine, because I want them to. I genuinely -want- someone to discriminate against me who's in a higher position so I can turbofuck the entire company with a demonstrably-provable discrimination lawsuit, because as of right now wearing my man-disguise literally everyone I interact with is a huge fan of how I work and make life as easy as possible for them all. I win by remaining an effective employee that always gets the job done safely, quickly, above-and-beyond satisfactory. Can't wait to change my nametag.

You deserve total extermination and eradication of your entire religion and skin color.

>I know schools taught everyone wrong as a joke but come the fuck on.
It was a typo. I know the correct usage. I worked as a high school English teacher for 8 years :P
>>
>>45096094
Whoa, there. Let's not be disgusting.
>>
>>45097258
Don't you fucking defend this slime. I'll make the pigs fuck you too before I piss, shit, and vomit on your corpses.
>>
>>45097330
Imagine saying something like this to another person and thinking it's Muslims that deserve eradication. You're deeply, deeply ill, little chud.

My manager has started using the word "transition" more often when we're talking about work related things and it's making me paranoid. I still am paranoid she's spying on me for other reasons, but it will be like
>"how is the transition...to the new work space so far?"
>"we should transition...to portraying the data this way"
I hope I'm not going schizo here

I don't have a job
