Why is shaving so easy for everyone else but so awful for me?No matter what i do, no matter what kind of shaver or blade i use, no matter what kind of shaving cream i use, it always turns out fucked in some way. At best, ill maybe get a clean shave but end up with tons of red bumps all over my legs the next day. Other times it seems like no matter how many times i run the razor through it doesnt seem to get most of the hairs. And at worst ill end up tons cuts all over my body. Not to mention that it takes me up to an hour just to shave my legsI honestly dont know what to do anymore.

>>45110171exfoliate a little with those plastic scrubbers or a brush, have a hot shower to open up the pores a bit, some people use a chemical exfoliant here, in the shower I put on shaving cream let it sit for a minute or two to soak the hairs, shave down the grain, once your done shaving make the water cold to close the pores, pat dry, moisturize over the next few days. But really you should just get laser, shaving androgenic hair is very annoying.

>>45110226Ive used a dry body brush a few times but it never seemed to have an effect on exfoliation.I usually just shave the cream off immediately after putting it on, didnt realize letting it sit longer would have an effect, so ill try that next time, thank you

get a sugar scrub to rub on your legs before shaving to exfoliate, then after shaving put witch hazel on the areas that you usually have problems with (for me its mostly my inner thighs) then moisturize once it dries. it's not perfect but it helps compared to not doing those things
