>>45111706>https://voca.ro/14or4m6wIGgEFairly good, especially it's your baselines. One good way to test your skill is to try an emotional range. If you get angry or sad and haven't trained those area's your more likely to crack.>>45111743It'd decent for just getting into things, some ways to potentially improve are your tonal variation and your "r" pronunciation. I think if your ESL, it could pass.>>45111797Very good emotional output here, I would rate this fairly high if you have a decent baseline already.
>>45111706>>45111743>>45111797im very picky but you all do have a little more weight than i want. but they're mostly good
>>45112859Im a cis woman lol

>>45112967was confused for a minute lol yayayaya
my lil clip:https://voca.ro/13L1codYakjI>>45111706Pass, I think. Reducing weight just slightly could be one aspect to improve, but I think you have nothing to worry about. You're also pretty quiet here, so I'd be curious whether it holds up when you're trying to be loud, like you're presenting to a room>>45111743Feminine, though you sound young? Vocal weight too heavy, especially that second-to-last time you say "pass". >>45111797It's harder to gauge with the strain and false fold constriction. Good, but you have way too much vocal weight. But again, I don't know what your normal speaking voice is like. Though right now, it's too nasal/underfull (small resonance, heavy weight). If you haven't already, maybe check out this video from transvoicelessons: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVJuUoypVHE>>45112956Pass.
>>45113136christ. my bad, this is my clip lol: https://voca.ro/15RDidJOGAeI
>>45111797your resonance dropped as you spoke
>>45112956cute
>>45112865which one were you? #3?
>>45111698i would post this evening but my voice is fried... is voicegen daily or is it only friday nights?
>>45113525i think its just whenever someone wants to post it. used to be daily though in The Good Days
https://voca.ro/1nBhnh9ZhmqS>>45113158its sounds kinda weird, i cant point exactly what >>45111743you sound like a cute nerdy girl >>45111706pass i guess
To people with a passing voice: are there any guides or videos that actually helped you that you would recommend?
>>45113753>i guesswhat makes you say that? i wish you were more descriptive to all of your reviews
>>45113418Yeah.
>>45111698how is this untrained voice as a starting point?https://vocaroo.com/1mEskI3dyjjM
>>45113828https://youtu.be/M9tlWmeI0u0you won't understand anything she's saying but my brain thinks her voice is femininei understand that her voice is clocky but that's a rational thing, and i know almost anything about voices so i cant analyze properly
>>45113766well, it depends on where you are. drop a voice clip and then we can see what you actually need?but resources i found generally helpful:transvoicelessons and renee yoxon are good. renee yoxon is the more "youtuber-y" of the two, so her content is more digestible. love them bothresources: join trans voice discord servers. many of them have voice critique channels + having public lessons you can sit in on/listen to recordings of. that can get you pretty far, especially since a lot of those public lessons are for anyone from complete beginners to people who have voice trained for a couple years. adi from transvoicelessons and sumi's voice art project are good. and scinguisticsmy voice, though not perfect, is the culminative result of watching a fuck ton of videos and these lessons. some were more helpful than others, it's up to you to go through these troves of information to pick out what you already know and what you don't>>45113838really good starting point. you have pretty good vocal weight from the jump
>>45113888sorry. adi from transvoice.coach
>>45113888>drop a voice clip and then we can see what you actually need?of my untrained man voice like normal or my untrained man voice trying to sound feminine
>>45113988both. give your untrained voice as a baseline then give a girlvoice your honest best shot
>>45113996https://voca.ro/1iPmhgr4rjpt
fuck whatever this is. dysphoria is not just bdd. cis women do not understand that.
>>45114176not sure how this relates
>>45113996i find the idea of a baseline voice (as in, the masculine voice you use). your best attempt at a fem voice, even if untrained, is what is actually useful to evaluate>>45114091cool! not bad actually, especially the first few seconds of you trying to speak femyour resonance and weight are bad. obviously, since it's untrained. note that your voice drops as you keep talkingsince you're starting here, you would benefit greatly from just learning the components of voice trainings. to get you started:1. transvoicelessons' "voice feminization for absolute beginners" video -- 25 mins, with exercises you can follow along to2. i was originally going to recommend you to join adi's (transvoice.coach is their website) discord to listen to a specific public lesson recording teaching someone that is completely new. but, i just checked and their discord just got hacked and i think deleted (super tragic). luckily i have a recording here: https://files.catbox.moe/i8vbbz.mp3 (lmk if it doesn't work. never used catbox before)tip: voice training is not going to the gym, doing "reps" of stuff to strengthen muscle. your goal is to explore the various mechanisms that make up your voice and try your best to learn how to control them. you will often sound absolutely ridiculous at times, but that's just part of itbest of luck!
>>45114270I too, find the idea.
is there any sort of tried and true starting method? untrained voice in an attempt at mockery of how i have heard other cute trans girls soundhttps://voca.ro/1imhBrj7Afop
