there's no transformation for me, I've remained the same, no matter what I've done. At 22 depression hit me harder and I completely stopped working out, I got back one year ago but I haven't lost much. At 23 when I was posting a lot here and on /fit/ I jokingly thought I'd roid then transition at 27 and rope at 30. I'm a coward, I've done none of these. I am still super depressed with no purpose in life and no friends, terminally online, but older. My transformation is me ageing.
