If you’re on a blocker + injections you move towards mono therapy,

If your on mono already and your E is very high you can lower your E,

If you’re already closer to the lower end of non-hondose E (~200-250 imo) and T still low then yea u either need to find someone to give u T or just continue cause that’s your natural genes
