Bad way to live if you survive. Serotonin syndrome is usually only brought on by combining antidepressants and MDMA. You’d probably never get back to baseline. At an absurdly high amount i suppose you could disrupt the hormones enough to cause an MI from platelet aggregation and vasoconstriction
