>>45122476Are you on a AA ? Or just E? You’re young, are you studying ? In school ? What are your career prospects? If you wanna tranny max you need income it’s the biggest limiting factor. Money= beauty, always has literallyGet a dexa scan, what’s your bodyfat percentage. Your weight means nothing you need your lean mass. You could be bulked or skinny fat or obese idk. Get a body fat percentage, drop it down as much as you can while retaining lower body muscle mass. Recomp but only do legs days. That said eat well. A dexa scan will give you an estimate on your maintenance caloric needs. Eat that much or slightly less. Do your macros 1g of protein for 0.91lbs of body weight.Remember 1g protein = 4cal so if you need 170g of protein that’s 680cals of protein, subtract that from your maintenance calories, divide by 2. Especially if you’re like most bros who has 3 years of doing push pull legs, then you have a 2:1 upper body ratio, you want to flip it legs legs upper. And if you can add something like a yoga class or dance something that is going to make you flexible/mobile
