hihi MTF 25, 5yr of hrt passoid with a 6+ yr long term relationship here. ive been saving for SRS for forever and am booking a consult soon. ive had a lot of shrinkage in the past 6 months (5.5in at start of HRT down to 3.5 now) and was concerned bc ive heard with SRS its better to have "more to work with". how true is this?

what matters is whether you are circumcised or not, how much skin you have, and how tight/loose your penile skin is. in this case, it is true that having more is better
