I have identified as a eunuch/nonbinary since I was around 12/13 years old, and have wanted to get an orchiectomy since the same age. Why is it nearly impossible to get an orchiectomy unless you explicitly identify as trans?

Also, why are eunuchs so hated in the general LGBT community? I know "steer culture" exists as a very small subset of the gay community but outside of that there seems to be nothing but hate.

Because queers want to create their own form of normativity instead of tearing it down because of muh optics

I should have been one alas i'm 30 and transitioning is the only option to avoid becoming an ugly old man. It's a shame. I really was a cute before puberty and ssri blunting ruined my looks and emotional depth
>>

I was extremely androgynous all the way up until my late teens. If I were to slim down again and take better care of myself I'd probably look very twink like. I wish I had gotten my balls removed sometime between 13-16 years old though. Shame I cant go back.
>>
>>45129256
did you get them removed now though? you should.
>>
>>45129243
>Because queers want to create their own form of normativity
*specifically straight hsts passoid assimilationist binary trannies
>instead of tearing it down because of muh optics
*throwing everyone else under the bus
>>
>>45129299
I have wanted to however there have been many issues getting in the way of that happening. I dont know if I will ever get around to it though. IMO it should be a no questions asked procedure once a sperm sample is collected.
>>
>>45129361
what's stopping u? I thought most states allowed it to just be done. most countries too, no?
>>
>>45129474
Its quite expensive and requires you to go through a lot of paperwork and other bs. Several psyche evals as well.
>>
>>45129204
It's a very out of date term OP people (especially in the us) don't go by that anymore
>>
>>45129504
Then what is the correct term? I see eunuchs and individuals who want to become eunuchs use the term eunuch? I only ever see people who are not eunuchs or have no interest in not becoming eunuchs having an issue with the term.
>>
>>45129503
do u take estrogen?
>>
>>45129640
No, but I most likely would consider if I got an orchie, either that or dial in my test to a point where I feel comfortable.
>>
>>45129647
why are u not taking estrogen lmao. u should start that at least. then when u can get orchi you'll be in the best position to do so
>>
>>45129524
>I see eunuchs and individuals who want to become eunuchs use the term eunuch
Online exclusive identity, irl people just say they're queer, nonbinary, trans something, or whatever other other more recognized variants.
>>
>>45129204
Will you take hormones? There are very real problems with orchiectomy without replacing them
>>
>>45129777
Yes, I plan on taking hormones.
>>
>>45129524
Sis who the fuck do you meet who calls them self a eunuch
>>
>>45129903
The other anon might be right and it may be an online only thing but I have met plenty of people online with receipts who call themselves eunuchs.
>>
>>45129791
why do you expect us to think its totally fine and awesome to cut your balls off for in your words no reason other than "would be cool" and take hormones your balls would already be producing. swear you can use the word orchi as much as you want its not getting any cuter or normal
>>
>>45129204
I have never identified as anything other than a femfag since 12-13. So I got on gray market AAs at 14 and estrogen at 16.
In a way i'm glad I couldn't get orchi at 18 or whatever because now I found a way to get srs while continuing to be just an hrt femfag.
>Why is it nearly impossible to get an orchiectomy unless you explicitly identify as trans?
informed consent private practices don't exist in your corner of the world?!
>why are eunuchs so hated in the general LGBT community?
that's news to me. must be an online thing.
i have yet to meet a fag or a tranny IRL to hate me for being a femfag who takes the fem part seriously.
>>
>>45129932
>normal
nta but you are on the fag board.
by definition nobody here is fully normal, anon.
>>
>>45129204
because people who call themselves eunuchs and femboys have spent like a decade insisting that they're not trans and they're just normal men and so on, and then they turn around and complain that trans people don't include them and that all the resources and organizations trans people made are excluding them
You are having a hard time getting surgery because that surgery is done for the treatment of gender dysphoria. It is not for an aesthetic or a fetish, it is the treatment of a medical disorder which you insist you do not have.
>>
>>45129948
we only cut our balls off for good reason here
>>
>>45129965
I believe that I do in fact have some kind of dissorder/dysphoria, so I dont think I fall into that crowd. I also have no interest in identifying as a "normal man".
>>
>>45129243
>queers want to create their own form of normativity instead of tearing it down because of muh optics
yeah man like my existence is a political statement man, nothing means anything man, just like do whatever man like, who cares my neighbor thinks im a pig in lipstick, im beautiful inside man
yeah
>>
>>45129910
So no one in meat space?
>>
>>45130110
Not yet, outside of work and family events and a very very small group of irl friends I dont go out much. Due to various reasons it would be very bad for me both physically and mentally to associate with irl LGBT groups, although it would in the long run be good for my mental health.

Also i am starting to see where the other anon is coming from, so from now on I'll identify as non binary, it makes more sense.
>>
>>45129204
>Why is it nearly impossible to get an orchiectomy unless you explicitly identify as trans?
Idk where you live so maybe it varies but I just got diagnosed with gender dysphoria and got insurance to pay for it. I'm not even a trans woman, cis dude.
>>
I mean there just isn't really a cultural archetype of eunuchs in the modern west to mold your identity around. Also in my experience most of your internet eunuchmoders are either
>really into the mutilation aspect
or
>autoshotacons
both of which are a little intense for your average normie queers who care about ethics in shipping and other bullshit.
>>
>>45129204
based do it
>>
>>45130177
autoshotacon? That's a new one. Something to think about for me, thanks anon
>>
>>45130177
For me its primarily because I have never felt like a male or wanted to identify as a male. I have also never wanted to really identify as a female either outside of some brief fantasies. In regards to me having my testes removed it would both be for peace of mind as well as aesthetic value. So all in all this would probably just make me nonbinary.
>>
>>45130228
it's an underrated etiology for trannies.
>>
>>45129932
I think orchiecotomy itself is a cute word but that could be just me
